The power supply to your commercial dishwashing machine is an important factor to take into account, a commercial dishwasher running on a standard 13 amp 3 pin plug will take longer to reheat the water between wash cycles. If you are planning to run a machine continuously then I would recommend a dishwasher running with a power supply between 18 to 30 amp, if your electrical supply will allow.
